Born in China and raised in New Zealand, Joy’s love for creating visual storytelling began early.
Her passion for comics grew after graduating from the Auckland University of Technology in 2016.
Joy’s career took an unexpected turn when she joined the New Zealand Police in 2019, and now, she is a Forensic Photographer by day, and comic artist by night.
